- Founder and CEO of Birmingham Improv C.I.C (2015), teaching the skills of comedy and theatre improv, hosting and performing shows, and teaching, hosting and promoting improv workshops.Â
- Director of the biennial Birmingham Improv Festival.

- I now use skills and exercises from improv in my teaching and daily work, as well as performing in Birmingham Improv shows in Birmingham.
